To register to receive Life Coaching please follow the steps listed below:
- Select from the SERVICES page the Session(s) that you desire
- Click the Pay Now tab and you will have the option to Pay in Full or to Pay Monthly. (PayPal account page is being used)
Paying for your service in full will allow you to receive additional savings:

- After Registration & payment have been received You will receive by email:
- “Agreement” Form to be signed by client & myself to further explains particulars regarding services and policies (i.e, sessions, confidentiality, cancellation, payments)
- “Personal Assessment” Form to be completed by the client so that it will show a general “overview” of the clients life and will be used to aid in developing a personal strategic plan for the client
After the “Agreement” is signed and received we will schedule the Introductory Session (for those who have signed up for either the Six or Three Month Sessions). During this session we will address the Agreement & the Assessment Forms and will then begin an amazing journey together that will aid and support you strategically to live out the life you desire and deserve!!
